It's a shame you and shakerbaby wern't around 12-18 months ago. This board was much better, no sock puppets, no mutiple IDs, just everyone laughing at, and insulting Dan for suggesting the bottom will happen Spring 2009.

So that`s what you think? We shall see.

    My question:

Is it time to close the baord?

My question "so what was the sentence "a bull victory" meant to imply?"

By making such a statement THEN thanking one of your own clique for saying no then you are clearly just trying to bait others.

Now that your true colours have been exposed maybe a bit of honesty wouldn't go amiss.

This is the thing. I don't care what happened 12-18 months ago. Personally I just wanted to discuss the enconomy without it having to turn into an inevitable argument every time.

You go on about "I' was right" a lot. You were only right because of economic policy, and you never ever predicted that. So purlease, shutup about being right. You were not right, you were lucky, that is all.

We are all adults here, but it's like a bad version of Kindergarten. I have had some time to sit back and watch the board, and I have to say, I am ashamed to have been part of the arguments. Why? Because they are so obsesively and utterly pathetic.

This is another example. Poor Dan from 12-18 months ago, so now must stand up ans shout "rooooar, we defeated the bears".

You didn't defeat anyone, you drove them away through boredom, irritation and an embarrasment to be associated with the board and the insesant context changing and arguing points based on what was changed.

This could be a great place, and it was when I joined, thats why I joined, and was for a good few months up until around April this year.

All the bears are pretty much gone, so todays threads have consisted of setups to form an argument as it's been a bit slow. I've sat and watched, and honestly if you get the chance, do it. We, all of us who contribute, look absolutely pathetically childish.

I'm now on HPC if anyone would like to join. I'm learning a fair bit more than I was here, and thats what I came here for, to learn, because only learning can put you in a better position in future. Didn't come here to be called stupid, an apponent, loser, and a variety of other desperate attempts to try and "create" an image of who I was.....i.e. a renter who can't afford a home etc etc etc.

I've chosen HPC to pick up and digest information now. I'm still here reading, no doubt will pop up now and then. But not going back to the pathetic, obsessional arguments.

Get off the high horse, you're one of the worst baiters on here and your hypocrisy leaves a foul taste in the mouth.

As I have said before everyone is entitled to an opinion no matter how wrong it is. You are therefore entitled to your opinion.

Thanks for your input nevertheless.

This is my point. April happens, things are no longer going as planned, bears disappear, arguments begin, board destroyed.

If house prices continued to fall throughout the year, I would bet the board would not be in this state.

If the bears disappeared then who started the arguments and destroyed the board?

P.S Still awaiting an answer to my prior question. ;)

Well, the ones that stuck around.

You haven't been around long enough to appreciate the full history.
