    Too many posts to quote and reply to! Thank you so much for everyones kind words - it really means so much to me.

    Wingo - i get mirgraines too and they are awful - i really don't think people who don't get them understand how bad they can be - so no need to feel ashamed about complaining about them xxx

    Mamzie - I am hoping that they will try and do something soon - i am waiting for a letter from the spinal specialist and until i get that i can't get along any further with my treatment xxx

    I am thinking of printing off a few copies of the spoon theory and giving it to my family, oh and friends..... then they might understand i honestly feel like i am going mad - i feel like that people just think i am making it up.

    I am still in a lot of pain with my back today... but i dropped a glass on my foot this morning and it landed right on the bone so my sore toe took my mind off my other pains for a bit! xxxx

    Still in my pjs :o:o hair like a witch's ...didn't even manage to have a coffee with him before he left to work (probably saved him headache, I talk a lot if I am ok lol )..he brought me a tea that went cold....

    Going to try and wake up properly then comp x
