GPs seem to be treating Flu over the phone a lot atm. If you go to the surgery, often they don't even allow you in with flu sypthoms. When I got rushed to hospital last week with asthma attack I was like a ruddy leper, as I had flu as well. I had to be in isolation and everyone was gloved and gowned before they'd come near me.

Even had to use staff entrance to enter and leave!!!

I also have terrible shivers :eek: and diarreah :eek: really really hope I don't pass my infections to him, he's working 6 days a week and I can imagine his immune system is not at its best at the moment .....

Good idea to give them a ring.

Shivers sound like you got a temp hun, have you taken some paracetamol or ibrufen to try and get it down a bit. Watch you don't wrap yourself up while resting as you kinda think its better, but it can make you worse. Lots of liquids as well, xxx.
