This is fab stuff! Is it safe to use on a bath though? I only use it for my sink/oven.

Absolutley fine on my enamelled one. In fact, should you ever have to use one of those metal things to unblock a toilet, and get all those marks that look like scratches appear down there - if you empty out the water, it will get rid of those too. :D

ok so after first soaking with bicarb of soda and scrubbing down, no noticeable improvement. Next was soaking for over 12 hours in a strong bleach solution. See picture- some marginal improvement.

I would use vinegar. Its what cleaned mine up a treat but I had to use ALOT of elbow grease too and a kitchen pad.

Wow that is one persistent beggar of a stain!!!

I'd now scrub neat thick bleach into each stain with an old toothbrush and leave that overnight and scrub again...
  • I have no suggestions but I am marking my place as I'm now intrigued of the outcome :)

Another vote here for Barkeepers Friend - brilliant stuff!

I also remember that Astonish paste used to work pretty well, but don't know if that is still available?
