problems with tiscali
hi,
i signed up for tiscali broadband about a year for their 128 serivce, because it was cheap.
however now i want to cancel this service and sign up for another provider but i phoned tiscali and they said i wouuld have to be without interent for 2 weeks for them to transfer me, because a code they had to get from bt.
are they allowed to do this? can you give me any advice to help me change broadband providers quicker?
