Cancelling Fast4 account

I've been with Fast4 (£6.99 a month dialup) for about 6 months - i've tried cancelling my account from within the members area but I'm getting a message saying I am cuurently in contact and this won't expire til 2007.

When I signed up I thought their dial up service was a month by month contract but it seems to be telling me I am on a 12 month contract!

Does anyone know if this is right?

Why don`t you log in and send them a secure message asking why it`s saying that.
As far as I know it`s a month by month contract,read their T&C`s.
I`ve been with them 3 years and not really had any trouble and when I send a message they always answer.

I couldn't find their t&c anywhere on their site so I thought i'd ask on here just to reassure myself that it wasn't a 12 month contract. (i've signed up to another isp so i'll be down about £56 if it is!)

I've done as you suggested and sent them a message but I suppose with it being the Bank Holiday it'll take a few days to get a reply.
