I got a free month of it, as well as a free month of mobilecare insurance or something, which I'm trying to cancel, but on the cancellation page on their site it says:

You can cancel your membership online, via this screen.

Simply enter your Reference Number as it appears on your Welcome Letter, and your Bank Account Number (for verification purposes). We also ask for your email address, so that we can email your cancellation notice to you.

I don't know where to find my reference number

I got the phone on a Vodafone contract through mobiles.co.uk and I'm not aware of any welcome letter, just a letter stating the cost of the phone and stuff in the bag when it was delivered

Edit: Oh, also, I just read something about registering your IMEI number with your insurance company (my dad's home insurance right?). He rang them up asking if my phone would be covered outside of the house and they said it would. Do I need to register the IMEI number with them?

Edit edit: Okay, just rang the number and they didn't even ask for one. Just name and postcode and she cancelled it in about 20 seconds altogether
