I dont think that its the companies fault that the manufacterer sent the wrong mains charger do you? Slagging off their landline phone company in the process seems a little pathetic!

The manufacturer supplied the correct mains charger, for the country. CPW was just sloppy in not ensuring they specified UK chargers when they bought them in the other country.
