The Mobs cashback
I got a contract phone from Orange with cashback through themobs.co.uk. However,I didn't receive anything when I sent my 6th bill to claim my cashback. Later they said I should have sent the voucher they gave earlier with it. How can I FIGHT for my money???? Help!!!

Sue them at https://www.Moneyclaim.gov.uk for breach of contract. It will cost you £30 but the likelyhood (not guaranteed though) is that they will file a defence eg you did not comply with the terms and conditions but not turn up in court to defend the claim (its not cost effective for them)0
