    What is the point of this nearlynew? Posting bearish editorials by unexperts. You know that the bulls will just counterpost contrary bullish editorials by other unexperts.

    Don't you find it all a bit . well . . meaningless?

    Why don't nearlynew and shakerbaby buy a place together.
    You could then be together 24/7, not just post together 24/7.
    They could also froth about bulls as much as they want without posting some of the drivel about them on here.

    We will probably end up with lower and more sustainable house prices.
