Jennifer - if you take offence at the above language then you are in for a VERY rocky ride here!!! The above post was extremely mild in tone compared to what often comes up (I'm talking general attitude rather than 'tittie' type language),

Apparently missing the point that underneath the nasty tone of comment which I'm not defending at all, the person you replied to did say something constructive. Unless we're back to defining constructive as "agrees with me" on here again.

If you've been offered a refund, that should be adequate.
