where to send letters??

I'm trying to reclaim bank charges from natwest and have got to the point where i need to send a letter threatening court action, but dont know which address i am supposed to send this to. can anybody help please?

    Yes it is and make sure you include an income and expenditure form(household) plus copies of priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities).
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
