Businesses selling via BIN however have to (by law) pay for return postage if the item is faulty or not as described. They may try to wriggle out of it however.

I'm aware of the law on this, however, under paypal rules, the buyer pays to return.

Well, in a fit of kindness, I left a neutral despite ending up being out of pocket in having to return a bag that was advertised as new, when it clearly wasn't!

Paypal may state that I have to pay to return it (which I accept) however, any decent seller would have refunded my return postage.

But then, any decent seller would not be trying to pass off a used bag as new.
