CAsh or TRacker ISA

I want to start an ISA in the next month. With interest rates so low. Shall i opt for a tracker ISA now and cash ISA aswell in the future? I can only afford 3k at the moment.

I want to keep the ISA longterm, 30yrs plus etc.

Im thinking L&G Tracker ISA at the moment. Then a nother cash ISA in 2 years time(also when funds allow for me to have 2)

That depends on weather you want to save with the cash isa or invest with the tracker (stocks & shares ISA).

Obviously there can be an element of risk with investments and you may loose (unless as you say this is longer term). Personally I would always use my cash ISA allowance first and try and do this year in year out before going for anything with higher risk - it's your own choice of course.
