Free international calls from mobile?

I know there are some threads already on this topic, but I'm a bit confused and need some help.
I will shortly be getting a contract (on O2) that has inclusive minutes, but it also states that I can have unlimited calls to 10 specified landline numbers. Is there any way I can make use of the latter to make free calls abroad? I'm guessing I would need an 01 or 02 access number - are there any out there?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I am on o2 with free landline calls and I use a voip service with an 0203 access number to make international calls. firm I use is called www.yupeephone.com and is based in the US. line is ok and calls to most countries are cheaper than other providers. customer service is also good however they only work US office hours. website on the other hand is pretty naff!
I'm on the pay as you go plan which also includes 120 minutes free extra when you top up with $200 -

You can normally use your inclusive minutes, not free minutes as you pay for them in bundle, to call 01/02 access numbers, but the providers of such access numbers will charge you seperately for the call.

So from this bit
"020 calls from mobiles may come out your inclusive free minutes or your mobile operator may charge separately for calls to 020 numbers depending on your operator and tariff plan; please check with your mobile operator for correct rates."
does that mean if a network like O2 allows 020 calls to come out of my inclusive minutes like it should - it won't cost me a penny? (They surely don't have a blacklist of 020 numbers).
Also is the connection fee applicable for mobile calls?0 -

Calls to 01/02/3 numbers would normally come out of your O2 inclusive minutes, but you would have to pay 18185 a connection charge and the cost of the second leg of the call.
Localphone dont raise a connection charge.0 -
It is worth checking with O2. When I was using 18185 to phone abroad from my mobile, O2 advised me that 'gateway numbers' were not part of the inclusive package and would be charged separately. I don't know if that is still the case.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
