Did you list it between about 4:45 and 6:30pm on a weekday? It's often pretty dead then.

Do you list your clothes on a 5/7 day auction or Buy It Now? I'm never sure when to list or what time i.e. finish at the weekend/w-day etc etc. Thanks:)

What I should actually have asked is if they were listed to finish at that time on a weekday. I normally list with 10 day auctions (though I occasionally list 7 day auctions or BIN), and find 7-9pm usually the best time to finish on weekdays, and on Sundays any time from about 1-9pm.

A twist on this is maternity clothes over a size 18! I just sold a few good quality things for a fair price - we're not talking enough to clothe the baby but ......

As they only get worn for about 5 months and cost an absolute fortune brand new - £30 for a pair of trousers - they sell really well.

Also, don't forget to list after the soaps have finished and think about what might be on telly - no point listing when Big Brother's on. However, women's stuff might sell really well soon with the World Cup coming!

Hmmmm can't seem to find the "thanks" button...................hence reply to say thank you very much for your info. Shall make sure I adhere to it next time! :)
