dare i update????
please dont slate me as ive heard it already and totally agree but;
to recap.........
after writing back to both robinsons way and the bank i received a letter from robinsons saying they are able to collect this debt and would i please make payments of £30 a month by such and such a date otherwise the full amount would be due.....
i wrote back saying the agreement was £5 a month and also could i have the deed of assignment to ensure i really should be paying them
but, just received a direct debit mandate off the bank saying payment is due - no letter and no amount stated or how much owed.....fine i thought - i can fill it in at agreed amount and start paying...
but, today just come home and found a letter from robinsons way saying they will accept the £5 a month and that they had definitely been asked to collect this debt.....no deed of assignment though
now im confused - totally.....again - who the heck do i pay?????? i already tried writing to the bank asking if i paid them or robinsons way but as stated above i just received the direct debit mandate.....
any help would be appreciated - is this the time to contact oft to see if they can sort it out for me????????

can anyone help me with this again???????
after getting this all sorted and knowing it was robinsons way i was having to pay ive been paying them on time every month but,
now they are asking for the full amount because they say £5 a month isnt enough....theyve also somehow added another £100 on?????????
do i send another letter asking for the full breakdown of the account so i can see where the charges have come from? then do i just carry on paying £5 a month or do i forward this to oft and let them sort it???????
thanks0
