I think the discount applies as long as you don't change your tariff or upgrade your phone.
"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.
  • I ordered that very tariff this evening with web'n'walk.
Its for life on flext and you can change tariff in the flext range and keep the 25% discount. Thats what I was told on the phone anyway.
Only lose it if you switch to, say relax from Flext or from Relax to Flext

Just spoke to T-mobile CS and as long as you stay on the same tariff, you can get an upgrade (after 18 months)

The discount will not be removed if you upgrade your phone. The discount will stay on if you change price plans between the current Flext or Flext + web 'n' walk range. If you join on Flext, then you cannot move to Relax for 18 months. If you join on Relax, you cannot move to Flext for 12 months.

If you do change price plans in the future I would always check to see if the discount will be removed if you move price plans.

The 25% offer via T-Mobile is ending tomorrow. A new offer will start on Monday for the price plan range.

PS. I work at T-Mobile but cannot confirm the new offers.

I am thinking of going into T-Mobile to get the Flext 20 (which is £15 a month) - was looking at the Motorola V3i or the SLVR handsets, does anyone have any ideas as to which is the best handset to get please? Only planning to get one of the free ones, the choices are :

    BlackBerry 7100t - LG B2050 - LG C3300 - Motorola E550
Motorola L6 - Motorola PEBL Motorola SLVR - Motorola V3 Black
    Motorola V3 Pink - Motorola V3i - Nokia 3120 - Nokia 5140i
    Nokia 6020 - Nokia 6101 - Nokia 6111 Black

Also, do you know if they charge £5 delivery if you get it on the web - charge comes up automatically so I'm assuming so......

I bought the Motorola SLVR on Flext 25 (for £18.75 per month) this week and yes they charge £5.99 for delivery.

Are the new offers any better/worse than the 25% discount? as I am after a new contract in early June. o2 have told me to wait as they will have some good offers for me on the 17th May "my 1 months notice" but they might be just saying that so I miss out on the 25% with T-mobile. The only reason I went with o2 two years ago was that T-mobiles coverage was not that good, not sure what it is like now though?.

Flext has done really well in the market and the 25% off was an introductory offer for it's launch. As previously stated this will end today.

If you buy in the shop, you will not be able to return a phone due to coverage issues. Think the web is covered by Distance Selling Regulations and so can return within a certain period if unhappy with the goods. There is a charge of £5.99 if you buy via the web or on the phone.

The discount is still on the website if people wanna take advantage of it.

It has ended in-store and on the telesales, but i have spoken to them and as it's a bank holiday they haven't yet taken it off the website so will honour any orders placed today!!
