it does my head in .. you have to go through at least 3 different levels and there still doesn't appear to be an option to just ask a question.

Yep, i'm just switching from t-mobile to Orange and the Orange CS are soooo much more helpful and polite. The automated system is pants, but it's a small price to pay imo! :TThis thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.0
