Just got off the phone with bt.
Followed your instructions so if there wrong i know where you both live.
Gone on whole bill direct, dropped the call plans not in contract and i will be getting a e mail to go paperless billing as its £ 12.50 per quater if not or £ 11.25 if you do.
So thanks to you both and just wanted to know where i send the cheque for all this free information.0 -

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
