Why not report them to the HSE? - failing to provide a safe place of work!
Ring the Environmental health department at your local council, they are usually the enforcing authority for health and safety issues in shops, restaurants etc....I'm sure they would be interested in paying this place a visit! They will keep your details annonymous. Just think if the flying wok had hit you? Employers liablilty claim......Insurers wouldn't be too impressed.
