Also just to say, Hello and Welcome.;)
For information on PPI reclaiming, same as the LPI, guidelines with templates, a checklist of mis selling reasons, check this here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
If you have been mis sold for any reason then you can write to the ones who arranged and sold you the loan, to reclaim on the PPI and the interest.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full, keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until you receive the final response, the final response if eligible should give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to them if your not happy with the outcome, best as well to post by recorded delivery - for your proof of posting.
Please ask for further help if required, and you do not need to write the figures on the reclaim letter at this point.
Good luck.

Hi there and with pleasure.;)
Did you enclose payments of £1 each payable by postal order or cheque payment to request for your agreements?
Sometimes though many are lucky to have these sent for nothing, but with payment they should send by 12 days on written request.;)
How long ago was it that you requested for your info?

Hi there,
Yes that is wise, in fact if you hear nothing then do put it into writing by just writing a simple letter:
You request for true copies of your CCA (agreements) and 3 separate £1 cheque's or postal orders, tell them you look forward to receiving these by 12 days.
When it comes to reclaiming, if your complaining for the same reasons, keep them all on one letter, but remember just to write the 2 account numbers.
Hope this helps, good luck.;)
Its suggested that recorded delivery is best, for your proof of posting, give us a shout if you require help on the reclaiming, when your ready.

Hi there - they will be able to trace your PPI policy through your loan agreement number so I wouldn't worry about that.
Sorry to go off topic for a moment but may I ask what made you think up your username? It has a personal meaning for me you see, which is a bit weird!
so I'm just curious...pm me if you like...sorry if I'm being too nosy! 0 -
