Hi thanks for the advice! I will give FOS a ring with my complaint if they dont side with me will i not recieve anything back? Also sent my template letter off in october 09 and recieved the reply today saying it was there final response and if i wasnt happy to go to the FOS. They have gone through all my reasons with a response some saying the sales people explained everything to me (how they are sure of this i dont know unless they were present in the room) its more or less my word against theres. Should i request of a breakdown of each loan and figures to see if i have had a rebate although no rebate was ever mentioned to me! Do you think i have a case with the FOS or should i accept there offer, HELP? thanks very much for all ur advice.0

Yes do ask them to send you a full detailed written breakdown on each one, they must have them to have been dealing with your complaints.
The FOS will sort this out I'm sure, they are used to dealing with Lloyds complaints believe me lol.
I'm sure you will be okay.:)
Depending on the offer difference to the proper amount really, if a big difference (if this was me, I would go to the FOS), but of course this is entirely up to you here.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

With pleasure, also just to make you aware, it may be some time before your case is looked at, but it could well be worth it, so whatever you decide to do, we wish you all the best and look forward to hearing the outcome on this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

How long does it usually take with the FOS from your experience? thanks.0

Right, I have had a few with the FOS, the longest was about 14-15 months to payout.
Another about 7 months, that was fast tracked due to my personal financial circumstances at the time, if your in any hardship, so mention this on your complaints form or a separate letter to enclose with the form to request for fast track due to the reasons you may have.
However as the FOS have large numbers of these complaints, some are taking longer than 18 months unfortunately, but if all straight forward, as soon as its passed on to an adjudicator, they can also just take up to 6 weeks probably at its shortest time.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi rang lloyds tsb for a breakdown of my 3 loans which they said they will send out. Anyway when i first sent off my complaint to claim back my ppi it was for 4 loans all on the same letter with all the same reasons i believed i was missold i have contacted the fos regarding the 3 loans they are claiming were not missold to me. I recieved a letter yesterday saying the are going to uphold my complaint for the other loan which is only a small amount compared to the other 3 loans. Does this mean ther accepting i was missold on this loan? If so will this help me with my other complaints as all loans were missold for all the same reasons? Any advice would be great thanks0
