ASHP/Air Con Installation Costs

Hey folks,
I bought 5 ecoair air con/heating units. and am looking for somebody to install them. I have had in 2 quotes so far and 1 is double the price of the other. Does anyone know a typical installation cost of 1 unit. Very straight forward, outdoor unit, indoor unit requiring approx 10m pipe run + extra gas + hole to be drilled in outdoor wall.
Also how long do you think it would take 2 people to install 5 units using the same spec as above.
