Ask him. Otherwise no I can't see you managing on £50 a week at all to be honest!
By the way the great place in Darlington is Bannatynes Hotel on the Junction of Southend Avenue and Grange Road near the town centre. They do an early bird menu from 6-10pm, 3 courses £12.95 and everytime I've gone it's been fantastic.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I thought it was just a gym? He got married in Norton didn't he, that's where his wife's from I think. Might give it a go, tho Darlo's a bit out the way for us.
After a re-jig, once I've paid my rent, put money aside for my accommodation in Bath next month, put money in my car saver, bought some sewing bits, put money in maternity girl's collection, put money aside for Bruges, bought that sewing book, had a wax and bought a posh windwall fleece I have £330 left over to last me four weeks. I'm thinking if I take £50 out a week for spends then what's in the bank should cover petrol and perhaps leave me a little left over to go in savings at the end of the month?
Part of the reason my spends are so low is because I've already put some of them in my budget of course. Sigh sigh. Wage slips have just arrived in pigeon holes so I'm off to see if I've been given a 100% pay rise...

Afternoon everyone
I'll keep you all posted on the extension but I have said to next door that I'm sick of people coming into my garden without permission. Ian said he'll tell hium to get out if he finds him in there again and if we find scaffolding in the garden he'll tell him to take it down. I like NIM's £5000/second plan actually.....and it would pay the debts off :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: To be honest I think it'll end up having a word and then an injunction, which I don't want to do cos we want to sell next year and I don't want anything affecting that......maybe he could 'slip' and be buried under the extension a bit like the buried under the patio thing in Brookside (now there's a blast from the past!). Don't worry, it's only the wandering's of a soon to be mid 40's woman!!!!
As for New York, I will def keep you posted but if I know Ian he'll still manage to surprise me by doing something completely different cos he knows I'm expecting the engagement thing. I'm stalking you Dinah looking at venues you've looked at.....just in case.
Anyway, hope everyone has a good evening, I'm off to iron now :eek:Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
I have been looking at my budget for October and I seem to have eaten most of it already oops. Might have to ban myself from buying clothes especially since its my birthday end of October and I expect my friends will get me vouchers as thats what we usually club together to get,0

Got some very sad news this morning. My cousin went into labour last night and her little boy died. She was only 22 weeks (3 weeks ahead of me).
I was meant to be meeting her this weekend to compare bumps but that obviously isn't going to happen now. We don't know what went wrong yet but it is very upsetting, especially as she was only a couple of weeks away from the baby having a chance to live.
Please say a prayer for her if you get a chance.
Im really sorry to hear that, she must be absolutly heartbroken.
Thinking of her and all your family

My friend lost her baby at the begining of this year and she is now pregnant again (the one who is about the same as you in weeks). It was really upsetting for her but she managed to pull through and hopefully things will all go right this time. Is good to know your cousin has such a caring family who will look after her.
I think it might be best for my cousin to try again straight away but who knows what she will do. The baby was born perfect but died after 10 mins. He was just too young for this world.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Hi Everyone!
CMD, I'm really sorry to hear about your cousin, hope she and her OH are OK.
Tete, I'm shocked at the filth you're showing us! I dare you to take one to sewing class!
Dinah, just reading the stuff about your budgets and mobile phone costs, would it be worth getting Skype for NIM to use to talk to his family in Ireland? I don't really know much about it but I like the idea of free calls after the initial cost of getting the phones!
Pilchard, I'll have my fingers crossed for you when you go to New York!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Aww, CMD to be honest I'm amazed a baby that premature would survive that long, it's so sad, poor little thing.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
