Not to be a complete pain as well but be careful when doing work to a flat, if you are changing the windows you may need planning permission, if you are changing the style or material, only identical replacements are permitted without permission.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Right, don't know where I went wrong this week but I've gained 1lb. My calorie intake has been under the calorie burn every day, so I just don't know where I went wrong! So we have one week left to the end of the month, and I now need to loose 3lbs (unless this morning is a blip!), which isn't really healthy in a week. I'm keeping trying, but will be sad if I don't hit the target.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Last week I weighed myself on the morning and then again on the night and had gained 3lbs! Weight is a funny old thing, just keep going as you are and you'll get there, even if it's a week late. Is anyone continuing this after the end of the month? My target is 10st6, but I want to try and lose another 7lbs just so I can be under 10st!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Definitely continuing. I have however altered my aim on FoodFocus from 2lbs per week to 1.5lbs a week, gives me an extra 200 cals a day which I think is more realistic since I hardly ever get under the 980 or whatever they want me to get. At 1.5lbs a week I should hit my goal on Christmas day  That said if at any point I think 'this is enough' I will stop and just try to maintain that weight.
Might need to use my first Amazon voucher to invest in some digital scales though. Will need them in the house anyway, but our £3 ikea ones are very, very unreliable analogue ones, and I'll feel better with more reliable weights!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

We have digital ones but Dad says he gets a different weight at the doctor's to what he gets at home (more!) so I'm worried that I actually weigh about half a stone more than I think I do
Might wait til I'm 'under 10st' then go to Boots and see what I really weigh!

That is a good idea to up your calories Dinah as sometimes your body gets used to less food and stops losing as much, Having a bit more will kick start the weightloss again hopefully!0

The hospital weighed me as less than I weigh me as at home, and I always weigh naked at home and not suprisingly wasn't naked at the hospital! Even had shoes on! I think just have one set of scales and stick to them, and so long as you're roughly in a healthy bmi range, you're fine. There is a girl at work who rants about how her bmi says shes obese but its only cos shes so short it seems so high, I don't like to point out if you're short you should weigh less, and she does in fact resemble a barrel.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

OH comes out obese in some BMI type things, but it's because he's over 6'5" and they sometimes can't seem to compute that, I think he's underweight if anything. It's really depressing when your fella's calves are thinner than yours!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Morning all!
When I went for my first scan at the hospital they had me down as weighing something like 84kg (I weighed 62kg pre-pregnancy) and the doctor weighed me twice and seemed to think I was swindling him cos I was weighing 63kg or something like that (rather than 84kg).
That is some difference. They must have been expecting me to waddle into the hospital, as I am only 5ft 4in!!!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
