Cancel orange shop Upgrade
Hi, I upgraded my phone in the orange shop last thursday 20/8/09 and the phone i choose is absolute rubbish, i did not try the phone out and i can not use it, i have tried to cancel the upgrade but the shop are sayin the do not offer a returns policy, no where in the contract i signed does it say i can not cancel the contract. If i had taken the upgrade out over the phone i would have a 7day cooling off period but the shop do not offer this. I was also miss sold the contract as the sales assistant told me i would receive free internet but i do not and when i spoke to a different sales person he told me the girl had given me the wrong information, is there anyway i can get out of this contract please help.

You don't have a 7 day cooling off period on upgrades done instore, thats probably because you'd have been able to use the phone and see if you like it, what phone is it? Unfortunately the contract doesn't state that you can cancel it if you don't like the phone0
