Problems transfering money

I am currently trying to follow Martins instructions (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1094822880,81886,#turn) to get the cheapest loan by balance transfering money from the egg money card to an if card. However when I try and transfer the money i get an error saying the bin number (first 6 digits) is invalid. Any ideas why I might be getting this problem ?
