Talk Talk package and Non-Geographic calls

As a dail up interneter I'm looking at broadband... looking into Talk Talk.
The downside being that calls to mobiles and NGNs (0870) look expensive if you are 'sensible' enough to route them through a low cost provider (say Call18866 or Call18185)...
These are the Talk Talk prices, which if not allowed to bypass them, you will have to pay (p/min. TT website - April 2006):
Day Eve Wkd
Vodafone - 15.00 7.75 4.75
O2 - 12.00 11.00 3.50
Orange - 13.00 10.50 5.50
T-Mobile - 14.50 7.75 6.75
TalkTalk Mobile - 14.00 8.00 6.50
Virgin Mobile - 14.00 8.00 7.00
Fresh - 14.00 8.00 7.00
Three - 20.50 15.50 3.50
***UK Mobile 'Calling Circle' numbers 10% discount***
UK non-geographical services
0870 (National) - 7.51 3.75 1.50
0845 (Local) - 4.50 1.50 1.50

I currently pay 5p/min (peak/evening) for mobile calls and 0870s 4p/min (peak)...
