Cheap, simple phone for someone with Parkinson's Disease

Hi
I'm looking to buy a cheap and relatively straightforward phone for a relative with Parkinson's disease.
He will likely only use the phone for receiving calls so will only need to press one button to receive a call, although if there's a way of creating a shortcut key to make an outgoing call to a specific number then that would be great too.
I could even colour these keys to make things easier.
I have some doubts whether he will be able to use this so I don't think it’s worth spending bigger money on a dedicated phone specifically designed for the elderly/disabilities.
Any ideas folks?
Regards

Vodafone do pretty cheap own brand phones. You should also be able to set up the most used numbers (inc doctor and things like that) in key shortcuts (link the number to the key, long press the key and it dials the number) and you could write them in a list, laminate it and put it on the fridge?** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I do it all because I'm scared.

dialaphone sell the nokia 2630 on vodafone for 17.95 as a special offer or something - get it through quidco for extra discount.
and I think the nokia models u can change the option so there is "any key press to answer a phone call".0 -
The following links may be of use (N.B. I've not used any of these companies nor do I have any affiliation with them). Once you've found a suitable mobile, it's certainly worth shopping around.

Oooh, also did see that Samsung have VERY cheap (£9.99) phone in Argos, but you have to buy credit with it too.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
