    I thought martin's rules were than reps were not allowed to discuss the accounts by pm? Or did I imagine that? :confused:

    So how the manage to loose your money then if your not supplied by them, did you pay it to them knowing that you were not supplied by them?? For everyone elses info I received the following pm from the op, "

I HAD 230 pound in credit in my final bill The bill was 521 pounds( final bill means i left Npower ) and after three months they said i owed the rest of the 521 pounds. So smart !!!!,i want to know what happen to my 230 pounds credit,is that simple enough for you.:mad:

    So what you had a credit on your account of £230 but then your final bill was £521? Then that must mean your usage was £751 since the last time they billed you?

    You've not really made it clear what the problem is.

    Right last NOVEMBER

    Final Electric bill £60
    My account was then £230 in credit
    Final Gas Bill £521 less £230 and further direct debt payment made my final bill
    £207 which i have paid,this arrived in Febuary.

    In June they said that it was a typing error and it had been re typed and re sent and i still owed over £333.
    So my complaint is, and i have bank satements to prove my direct debits payments ,what has happened to the £231 credit. I also have two bills stating i was in credit.
    But the half wit PNPSUKNET thinks i should pay it
