You've not really made it clear what the problem is.0 -
Right last NOVEMBER
Final Electric bill £60
My account was then £230 in credit
Final Gas Bill £521 less £230 and further direct debt payment made my final bill
£207 which i have paid, this arrived in Febuary.
In June they said that it was a typing error and it had been re typed and re sent and i still owed over £333.
So my complaint is, and i have bank satements to prove my direct debits payments ,what has happened to the £231 credit. I also have two bills stating i was in credit.
But the half wit PNPSUKNET thinks i should pay it0 -
Just like to Thank Sally the Npower Representative, After 10 months, she has sort out the problem and it has been resolved.Thank you0
