I am the official company representative of nPower. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE.
If we ask you to contact us, please do so using helpandsupport@npower.com - MSE Forum has temporarily allowed the display of our contact details in our signature due to a technical issue with our profile

If customer services can't help or more to the point won't help ,can't see you helping, thanks anyway.I been advised my the Engergy Obunsman what to do.I will also contact Sky News if it doesn't get resolved .
  • Does the ombudsman not ask that you have tried to sort your issue out with your supplier first before you go to them?

Sally from Npower has just told you she will help you and you haven't taken up that offer, but you still mention going to Sky News?!

    Doesn't make much sense.

No thats not the case smart !!!!,if you read my other post it expalins it.Thats if you can read.
I guess if Npower had lost £230 of your money you would be happy to pay it would you.And they cant cut me off ,i dont receive gas or electric off them
  • I have heard nPower can lack customer service skills on occasions, but you can’t even spell, so I’m pretty sure you can’t add up either and nPower most likely don't owe you a penny.
