It is called echolalia, or something to that effect it is a symptom of psychosis, simply repeating back what has been said to you. Especially if the person has been normal beforehand.

I know, read post 2 (my reply) then read the post that followed - he actually copied me almost word for word except he has got a lot of points wrong, shame really that this is my specialist line of work along with law breaking pretend lawyers! :rotfl::rotfl:

Seem to be a few spambots on the forums today - geeks write them to screen-scrape others posts and then automate the replies. They'll claim they're trying to do develop an AI and pass the Turing Test :) I'd claim they're being muppets. "dear" is definitely a spambot.

Not at all, if it is violence related or within the last 12 months forget it - cannot be appealed. Only non violence and outwith the last 12 months can be appealed.

If you read what I wrote, that is what I said! I said that if it is violence related then he has no channce! But as far as 12 months (I'm not 100% sure about SIA) but crimes such as not paying fayre etc... can be wiped from your NON-extended report arter 12 weeks!

I think you mean at the time the CRB check in generated, the applicant actually gets a copy 7 days before the SIA approved company get theirs to allow the applicant time to read through it. It comes on paper similar to a drivers licence.

Again, I don't know about the SIA but if a CRB is received a copy is also recieved by the originator.

No he cannot. Who told you this and deffo no need for solicitors? LOL - now you;re going way off track! If he has a caution within 12 month, violence within 3 or an unspent conviction it cannot be appealed. simple.

Of course he can! Any decison relating to employment can be appealed and anyone that tells you different is WRONG! As are you in this matter! The SIA will see how relevant, how serious, and how recent they were, but they will also consider your age at the time of the offence.

As with ANY legal matter, obtaining the services of a solicitor will always get better results!

As far as the appeal process of the SIA is concerned, I was quoting general employment law and the SIA will fall under this umbrella!

I can see the jealousy slipping in again! HAHAHAHAHA

You really are a complete nob! You have NO knowlege of ANY law! As far as capying ANY you write, forget it! You are an embarrassment to all you wannabe lawyers!

You are pathetic and I urge everyone on this forum to avoid using any information you give! You will damage a lot of people!

This post and your threatening PM have both been sent direct to MSE for investigation. You copied my whole post - so you tell me, who knows more? :rotfl::rotfl:

The time stamp says it all, likewise, read my Bailiffs thread and all you done was post exactly what I and an ex bailiff posted on page one! Ermmm, copycat does not equate to intelligence! This is your reply here: #24 But all you did was copy bits i'd done on page 1 and then pretend to add 'input'...... LOL - you're a joke!

Also, bragging about having a degree proves you do not. I have a degree, in fact I actually have 2 but i'm not going there cos it's getting too personal. Put it another way, I earn more than you, I have a higher education than you (I have 2 x 1:1's by the way) and I certainly have more intelligence than you.

For a lawyer to rant like you suggests you are in fact, not a lawyer! Want me to invite 'fellow' professionals to query your behaviour and ask you specific legal related questions? Can easily be done, did I mention CAG is full of aspiring legal eagles looking for a good old discussion? :rotfl:

I rest my case. Give up. If you want to come across as helpful, then try and read the thread then respond!

Regards to this thread - you are simply quoting what I stated in post 2 of this thread so you never said anything - I did! What part of this are you missing?

Read the thread and add input that has not already been stated!

I quote from your last rant:

Yet then you are saying the exact same as me - so in one breath you're saying avoid me but in the other you agree? :rotfl::rotfl:
