Planning to take a new contract with e2save
Hi all
first of all thanks to all the threads about online cashback companies, they've been great help! Im now thinking of taking a new contract out with e2save and theres just a few questions:
1) Im going to be changing my home address at least twice during the 12 months contract period, has anyone found this to be a problem when claiming cashack?
2) Samsung d600 or d800 or SE w550i which one's best? I can get d800 on o2-200 (£31/month) plan with 6 months free line rental or d600/w550i on the same tariff with 7 months free line rental.
3) whats the customer service for e2save like?
thanks

I recently took out a contract with them on the w550i, personally i think
the phone is fantastic i just love it. As for customer services hmmm cant really tell u much as i have only just took out my contract .. i tried to clarify something by calling up and i had to hold on for about 2 hours. The guy on the phone was nice though and was able to answer my questions he adviced me to contact them via the website the next time. I dont think the website is in good working order though.Cant help with the first question and sorry about the essay.0 -
1) I'll wait for someone with a similar experience to answer this (but I'd guess "probably", but best to read the T&C very carefully and maybe phone them to make sure)
2) I've got the w550i and really like it, no complaints at all. The memory might be bit small for some people but I find it enough for 4 or 5 albums of mp3s, if I want more I'll use my mp3player. I also prefer it to other SE models as I don't have to splash out on memory cards since I'm happy enough with the internal memory.
I've never used the Samsungs so I can't really make a comparision other than what you can see yourself in the specifications
3) Very good in my experience. A query yesterday was responded to very quickly by them. From what I've read in this forum they aer generally very good especially with cashback claim problems they seem a bit more forgiving than other companies0
