So glad I'm not in that house tonight, :eek:Well done to those who have got their GCSE results today, just sitting the things is an achievement in itself. My friends just found out her DD has been missing school when she didn't get results, she took in a false letter stating she had moved house to her boyfriends place and all correspondance from school about attendance has been going there, oh dear!
Cally and Serena, great results! Well done to all your kids!
Zoe, hugs, what a complicated situation with all the meds, glad your GP is being supportive and I’m sure your family will be too xx
Bonsibabe well done on getting your course!
Hugs Hex, hope the CSA situation gets resolved quickly
Well done Miss Penguin, hope you can decide soon what you want to do next
Hugs Eltee hope your week gets better
Hope you feel better soon Pigpen
Jinky glad you’ve been to the docs xx
I've done no more flying since this morning, am really really tired! But had a lovely afternoon with MIL and a lovely Filipino lady, she's so sweet! DH is at home feeling miserable, he's not feeling too well and is currently eating Doritos. Poor thing, hope he's better soon, not really sure what is wrong, he never says what's wrong with him, if you ask he just says pass.
Tomorrow the plan is to finish off the 3 items I've got to do to get 2 stars! Yay!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

ETA - soappie - I think BB should probably have a rest, and get a smurf to look after you for a bit... you're ruining the look of the page... and that goes for the rest of you who are spoiling dusty's fun!
I am finding it a struggle though:o:p
I dunno who is who anymore, I usually go on avvies:j:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -

But (at the risk of confusing Jinky even more - I know what she means...) WHERE'S YOUR SMURF???
ETA... can't believe you managed to deal with that as I was typing!
Mid-year reviews nearly complete... then just need to do linked in recommendations and the last of the ironing.
Cake is out of the oven and cooling in the tin. I'll need to trim and split it before freezing as it's too big to go in as it is...0 -

As I am working my way through the house the panic over the visitors is receding and now I can concentrate on the food side of things,
I'm glad somebody's panic over imminent visitors is receding, because mine's only getting worse and worse! Off to the airport tomorrow to collect my visitors, but their journey will be the only flying that's done tomorrow - I'll be leaving at about 9.30 in the morning and won't be back until late afternoon.
So I won't get all five stars this week - in fact I won't even get four, because I never did get to yesterday's box of gibble (though am considering sorting out a box of bathroom stuff this evening). Having said that, the children's bedrooms have all been sorted and cleaned over the past week or two, also due to imminent visitors, so I'll probably have done most of tomorrow's list anyway. However I did complete today's list, as long as you count the vinegar that is still sitting in two of the loos, in the hope that it will have done something to the limescale by tomorrow, as having cleaned the toilets. They'll get a quick brush'n'flush tomorrow morning anyway, and if they're still scummy, it will be too late to do anything about it.
So - ONE MORE STAR PLEASE, FOR THURSDAY - thank you! :-)0 -

I have spoken to BB - she says she'll definitely feel feel upstaged if I replace her with a Smurf and will go into either a decline or a strop. So she stays

Off to finish the washing upI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I've put away dry washing up and hung out wet washing.
DH is sulking cos I've taken the laptop off him, but he's been on it non stop since about 12:30. That can't be good for him so I'm on here for the good of his health
