Hi all, I'm in again for this week. I'm amazed what a difference flying is making. This is week three for me. On week one I bottomed my kitchen and it looks great. Week two I only managed to do level one in most rooms, but the kitchen is still gleaming. Now I understand! The quick S&S means that nothing builds up, so now I'm reaping the benefit of having a clean and tidy kitchen.
I have been on a great decluttering mission too. We got rid of loads from DS's room in preparation for the big redecoration - well, he is actually moving rooms to a bigger room, so there is a good incentive for him.
I have decluttered quite a lot of old clothes from my room and from my big 'summer clothes' storage box. Well, if I didn't take them on holiday with me this year what is the point of keeping them? I need to get them to the charity shop this week though, so I still need to actually get rid of them.
I am off work later this week and we have started to clear the spare room in readiness for decorating it.
I am finding that I am best at flying before I leave for work. In the evening I am just too tired. So here is what still remains to be done:
Marvellous Monday ~ Kitchen and dining area
Level One
mop the floor
Level Two
degunge the fridge
Level Three
Extras- Wipe the insides of the unit doors
- Scrub out one cupboard
- Clean all the filters and door seals
- Hung a load of washing to dry and put on another load before leaving for work. Hopefully DS will have put it on the line, but I'm not getting my hopes up for that one;
- Folded and put away towels washed yesterday;
- Folded and taken upstairs DS's washing for him to put away in his cupboard;
- Made lunch to bring to work and lunch for DS in fridge at home.

For all those that have sent hugs, i guess I better fess up:A
I have been feeling a bit down anyway:o but generally when me and Dazco aren't getting on too well, it really affects me:(
And there has been the fair bit in the last week or so, which hasnt helped in the slightest.
However we both know it is caused by being so far away and not getting to see each other as often as we'd like:mad: and stupid stupid things that get taken the wrong way or too seriously, on both sides.
And we both know that when I do finally get to go down there and stay it will be cool
So now you know:o:cool:

Jinky, its like torture being away from your loved one. Myself and my hubby lasted 6 months from first getting together and moving in together. That included me relocating from rural darn sarf to Yorkshire, new job, new schools for the girls.
It'll come right in the end, just hang in there.
Flying wise I've decluttered a sandwich and awaiting my docs appointment.

Hi Jinky, it doesn't matter what the cause is, if you're feeling down, you're feeling down. Nothing pathetic about it. I hope you get to see Daz soon, at least you both know it will be OK when you are there in person.

Can I join in please? How do you put lines through what you have done?
When you write your message, highlight the text you want to put a line through, then click on the button that looks like an 'S' with a line through. The effect is called strikethrough. Hope that helps.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Still going in my kitchen as well as doing other bits and pieces. I currently have 4 extra children in my house - not particularly kids that mine play with but they were playing with them with the playworkers - however it is now pouring down so they've come here - I don't actually trust these kids though - is that an awful thing to say? - they're not staying too long!NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20
