It's been a lovely holiday, fantastic weather - too good really, on two days it was too hot to do anything. I loved Burgundy, I think it's the nicest place we've been in France so far.
Very sadly though, phone call from my sister on Thursday night to tell me that Mum had just died. She had been in hospital with pneumonia, and then came back to the nursing home as she was stable, then suddenly deteriorated. I don't know how I feel at the moment, not real in an odd way. We didn't come back early as it wouldn't have made any difference.
Not sure how the next few weeks are going - I'll fly when I feel like it! Just washing at the moment.
well so far all I have achieved is.....getting dressed, having brekkie, washed dishes, cleaned hob and wiped work tops:cool:
and errr, cried some more:o

Serena, hugs.
PP, the piggy is loverleeeeee.
On a flying note I have now hung out washing and about to fold laundry from other day.
Back is not good though- struggling to move very much now (should not have hoovered/washed floor!?).

Hi everyone!
I've not caught up with the thread I'm afraid, I've been quite busy this morning.
Today I've:- hoovered where COD was
- tidied top of COD (still needs a bit more work)
- put COD back
- hoovered LR floor
- done online banking
- started WM
Going to do the kitchen floor as well but need to tidy it up first
The LR is looking quite good for once!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
