I am busy trying to get organised to go to Auntie's today -so need to get my butt in gear!! havent started packing yet!

I had a better nights sleep last night, so at least I am up this morning...will pace myself & see how the day goes.....thanks for all the messages of support on here & FB you all keep me going.

hi everyone, i been mia due to hubby being iller than normal, had district nurse round, dr had upped his pain relief, poor soul has had a tube changed which he hates as it hurts him. I have kept up with housework but not thread, so im sorry for what i have missed which is going on in your lives,just been so tired trying to do everything, sending hugs to all thatr need or want one :hugs: , will try and keep up with thread, well better get on have a carryer bag of plums that need making into jam, bye :wave:

I've done no real flying but DH has done some I do like to see a man hoovering.will update list later

Had fun last night and my friend's leaving do. It was just a bit of a trek, i didn't get home til about 12.20 - took 1h40 to get home! Thankfully I wasn't on my own for much of the way, my new colleague waited at london bridge with me and didn't get his tube until i got my train (there are some gentlemen out there, i'm just not married to one of them!!)

I've done some work on my household file this morning, have cleared some papers from the kitchen noticeboard and recipe book holder which looks better. I also found a file of stuff relevant to my 2 last jobs, all shredded or recycled now.

Just deciding whether to go for a swim, think I will, even just a short one should do me good! Will then meet DH for lunch.

soappie - glad you're feeling better this morning, sometimes when you're tired it all seems too much. I had a little cry too last night - must've been the night for it! Was it the Persuasion (yes it is jane austen) with Amanda Root & Ciaran Hinds? I love that one, she's actually my godson's other godmother and is lovely!
