Chucky plays a good game. But I don't like it when he brings out Saint Chucky when his buddies come to his assistance. Seems a little, well, yucky.
Feel free to thank him and all that stuff, but don't come spilling tears on his behalf.
Who's spilling tears,just an observation.Official MR B fan club,dont go............................0 -

With little attempt at debating. It's a little like Prime Minister Question Time.
We did try. Increasingly became apparent it wasn't worth it.
Though I must say, my waiting to be proven wrong remains. I have had some stuff thrown at me but not wronged.....yet, which is unusual, so I'm feeling cocky!

Can't be bothered to read beyond page 2 but:
In the 2 years since I have had my mortage I have increased it by 50% (MEW)
I pay interest only
Must be the worst case scenario?
Except I have saved more than the value of the mortgage and have it all on high interest tax free (isa and wife's name) average 6% whilst my mortgage is at 2.18% earning me 7k net this year that I wouldn't have if I followed the advice of everyone on here and had a repayment mortgage.
You all stick to your moralising, I will stick to spending (well probably saving tbh) the 7k!I think....0
