Singlepoint/ Creation finance accounts still open
I'm trying to clean up my credit history in anticipation of getting a mortgage. I got my credit report from Experian, and found out I have a Singlepoint account open with a £0 balance, and a Creation finance account (Top man store card) with £4 credit open.
I have tried phones4u who said they can't help, and have phoned Vodafone who said the same. I don't know how to close the singlepoint account, and I've had even less success with the Creation finance account.
Owing to a problem earlier this year with a Cahoot joint account, my credit rating isn't the best and I'm really keen to do anything I can to clean it up. Anyone know how i can close these accounts?

Should you still need some help with the Singlepoint information could you email your details to us using the 'Contact us' form on our website which you get to here?
When sending the email could you also include within the body of it a link to this thread and the code WRT135 to make sure it comes through to us.
