No - have only had 5 hours sleep and worked 10 hours in front of a computer - sorted out 2 kids - 100000's of loads of washing - fed and walked dog and rabbit (not together) several times and done loads more -screen's now going very blurry but I've been dying to 'talk' to other people who have done this sort of thing before 4 ages!! - have I done better this time?

Tax - Thought that SE might be best coz then would have to pay 17.5%VAT instead of 40% CGT plus I have been SE b4 and have a reliable free business advisor and contacts at The Prince's Trust who may be able to provide me with a grant/v. low interest loan and also valuable input....
To do what? Why bother trying to do this as a formal business, you will have enough to contend with, without trying to start a business as well.

jpet77, I will get some numbers together tomorrow and send you a private message.

robwend, what a nightmare! Your vendor obviously wasn't anyone that commented on the cleanliness thread! Hopefully if the house wasn't showing any other signs, then your living room crack is just a bit of settlement.

We have mortgage valuation tomorrow; I've only just stopped cleaning! :wall:

Bobproperty - Harvey? no his names Gnasher from Dennis the Menace (already called that when I got him and I thought it was cruel to change it) and he is quite tall actually - nearly as big as dog (called Summer - I didn't choose that either - in fact I don't even like her coz she keeps trying to eat Gnasher)

Robwend - I don't understand why we need to know about your broken spell checker but I'll sleep better tonight now
