Actually, I was in Hong Kong when the SARS outbreak started. If anyone coughed whilst waiting for a lift, everyone quickly moved away.
We removed our masks to have lunch, then being girly girls - reapplied our lippy and shoved the masks straight back on!! :rotfl:
  • Evening All!

Mac - Our parents don't drink so kids parties were always for the kids (even at 1 and if there was only wee kids there, there was always enough food to feed the 5000 and have plenty left over for an army!) so we don't tend to have p*ss up's...ever! It's sooo not the done thing at a kids party in our family!

Purple my pad today is another £3.00!

I really want to be rid of this cc :(

Hope you've all had a fab day! x

Sashybo, do you think you might have SAD? Do you get chance for a daily walk at lunchtime or during daylight hours?
Try to pamper yourself or do something pleasurable every day (:p) to keep the dark demons at bay.
    Take care :)

Thanks mac, I've never really thought about it actually, will look into it. I live across the road from work so walk backwards and forwards a few times a day - does that count as a walk? :rotfl:

Well, a pad today of £5 - £4 from Pinecone to my Flooring Fund and £1 between the two ccs.

So glad it's the weekend. :j Went to see my nephews and nieces last night, was a bit late (7pm lol) so only the 8 yo was still up. We played the Game of Life after finding where his brother had scattered all the wee bits and pieces. That is quite a complicated game! It always cheers me up a bit to see the kids and my sister so wasn't feeling too bad at work today.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.
