Hi TIFTK, Paul, Mumof4, boysma and Hopeful

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:My friends roared with laughter today, so it's been a good story to tell! It pipped my other funny story when little DD was a baby and we were potty training the other one.
She used to sit on the potty for about 20mins at a time, do nothing , then stand up and wee on the floor....
One day she got up from her usual sit on the pot, pulled her pants up and did a numero duo in them. I was feeding the baby and spotted big DD (then 2) staggering backwards with pants around knees - falling in slow motion into the baby chair - complete with sheepskin liner!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
OH and I were laughing hysterically at what our lives had turned into!!
No sleep, 2 crazy kids - hats off to those with more than 2 :T:T:T

Choking is the scariest thing with kids as you do feel so helpless (plus a LO died recently at a local nursery - very scary)
So fish is defo off the menu from now on

    Hey Danko :hello: stranger!
Glad to hear all's well, but sorry to hear it's been so stressful. Just one thing at a time and you'll soon be there x :)

Oh just spotted - Happy Birthday Boysma!!!
  • Ha Ha,

You tell the storys so well mac, I have got many but am rubbish at telling them.

Yes hats of to anyone with more then 2!.

The sleep deprevation at the mo is the hardest thing, im told it gets easier.:D

Cant wait till he sleeps for maybe just 5 hours, that would be sweet!:T

Sorry happy belated birthday angelic and for today boysma:beer:.

oh yeah and another £3.70 pad for me please

    Hi everyone!

Mac i couldnt help but have a little (ok big) laugh to myself - im sure it wasnt funny at the time though.

Well CC has temporarily risen to £2900. OH leant it to his brother because his girlfriend who is at uni had an accident and was rushed to hospital, he had no money and couldnt get to see her so we paid for his train ticket for him to get there. We will get it back but it will be at about £20 a week. Im a bit annoyed, but at the same time we couldnt not help him out and we will get the money back.

OMG Mac - those stories are the ones that 'kid people' find hilarious but make 'non-kid people' like myself realise exactly why it's gonna be put off for as long as possible...

Hats off to anyone with little kids I dunno how you do it - I can cope with 20 odd teenagers at a time at work but at least they don't poo themselves (well I don't think they do anyway :rotfl:). My mum tells me I was an awful baby and they'd have had more kids sooner if it wasn't for me, so I'm dreading that one day I'll get the child I deserve!

    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

    :T :T :T

Absolutely - I have a very sensitive vomit reflex, and would have been puking on the table alongside your little darling. Urgh.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not a natural Earth Mother type and try very hard not to be a baby bore.
I never did the toddler groups, baby massage or any of that (not that I'm knocking it - just not my scene).
I merely wanted to entertain with rare tales of humour in my now otherwise sad life!:rotfl:

  • A vampire bat came flapping in from the night, face all
covered in fresh blood and parked himself on the roof of the cave

    to get some sleep.

Pretty soon all the other bats smelled the blood & began hassling him...
about where he got it. He told them to p!ss off & let him get some
sleep but they persisted until he finally gave in.

"OK, follow me", he said & flew out of the cave with hundreds of excited
    bats behind him.

Down through a valley they went, across a river & into a huge forest.

Finally he slowed down & all the other bats excitedly milled around him,
tongues hanging out for blood. "Do you see that large oak tree over there?" he asked.

"YES, YES, YES!!!" the bats all screamed in a frenzy.

"Good for you!" said the bat, "Because I f*cking didn't."
