Hi TIFTK
Yes, we did laugh when we got back to the car.:D
DH wasn't happy though as they charged us full price and he'd only eaten 1/4 of his mixed grill - after being on a diet for ages and surviving on soup and salad, he'd decided to have a treat! :rotfl:0 -
Think I would of been more angry about only getting 1/4 of my mixed grill too!!.:D
Oh its never dull when you have children is it?.
Where the restaurant ok about it all?0 -
:bdaycake: Belated Happy Birthday Angelic!!!:bdaycake::beer:Morning All - Hope everyone's well!PAD of just £1 for me please Purple
Found out this week that the "free" 6 months tax disc I got with the car wasn't valid  so had to shell out for that yesterday.Last night DH took us all out for tea - a rare treat. Little DD (3) decided to have fish and chips, then half way through started crying saying she's got a "spike" (bone!) in her mouth.
DH and I stared at each other and I calmly said "It's OK, just spit it out" She carried on crying saying she couldn't because it was now in her neck!:eek:I tried a mini-heimlich at the table - with her bawling her head off, then took her to the toilet. She could breath so wasn't choking, but it wasn't moving...
She wanted to go back to the table, then as we got there projectile vomited all over me and her!
I grabbed a serviette - but it might as well have been a postage stamp - it went everywhere!!! In desperation I grabbed elder DD's (empty) pasta bowl and she puked in that - nice.
All the time we were trying to be as inconspicuous as possible:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Then big DD (5) started heaving at the sight of it all and was sick ON THE TABLE!!!Never going out again!
You can go out again - just not to that place.
Sounds a bit like Monty Python's "Meaning of Life" film :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Morning Padders
Another £2.25 for me today please. Would probably have been a bit more but I spent a bit yesterday and want to wait until it shows up in my banking first.
I have a bit of work to get done today so I need to try and pull myself together and concentrate - something I'm not very good at at the weekends! I've already done all the housework though so that should stop me from yusing that as an excuse to procrastinate!
Hi Danko hope things are going wellDoing a PGCE is not very MSE as it requires large amounts of cash to be spent on wine:rolleyes: :rotfl:
See you all later
