  • Morning All!

Farming had turned into a competition and to be honest, I couldn't be bothered with the hassle my OH was giving me for spending too much time on it. Going to let my competitive neighbour get a few 1000xp in front of me then start playing again but I'm still going to be helping out to keep my xp at a reasonable level! Got rid of everything so I wasn't tempted to plant stuff again!

I did the same with Farmville's predecessor, farmtown.

My PaD is £1.24 today. Hoping to come back later with another.
Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP
(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)

Congratulations DT on being a grandma - when is the baby due?

I reckon Sue is too busy farming to join us in padding land - maybe some of our farmers could confirm;)

At the moment her date is April Fools day :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am so confused who is who on farming that I cant remember if Sue is my neighbour or not. I will have to go and take a look :D

Money is really tight lots of unexpected and some that I should have expected expenditure has arisen so I am going to have to check carefully what I can PAD as no payday until the end of the month and that will have to last 6 months

    Have a good day

  • Three men were hiking through a forest when they came upon a large
raging violent river. Needing to get on the other side, the first
man prayed, >"God, please give me the strength to cross the river."
!!!!!!! God gave him big arms and strong legs and he was able to swim
across in about 2 hours, having almost drowned twice.

After witnessing that, the second man prayed, "God, please give me
strength and the tools to cross the river."
!!!!!!! God gave him a rowboat and strong arms and strong legs and he
was able to row across in about an hour after almost capsizing once.

Seeing what happened to the first two men, the third man prayed,
"God, please give me the strength, the tools and the intelligence to cross
    the river."
!!!!!!! He was turned into a woman. She checked the map, hiked one
hundred yards up stream and walked across the bridge.

  • Hi all,

    £3.91 from me today please.

Had to buy a new microwave today as the old one is sparking and sounding like its going to blow, unless anyone has any microwave repair experiance?.

Feeling very tempted to buy stuff today, would like a new rug for the living room, need a new bit of carpet for the bottom stair(the cat has had its way with it), would also like a new tv stand and some new pillows for the sofa. (my OH has said dont be silly nothing wrong with what we have got).

Money I have spent today was on a new pump for the fish tank and service kit, and have made an appointment to have our living room carpet proffesionally cleaned on monday, £25 which i thought was pretty good?, its filthy and everything i try just doesnt seem to make it look to my high standard.
