    Hi boysma

I forgot to congratulate you yesterday on your loss - well done! :T:T:T
I haven't being running since July due to work stress, but that's under control now, so I'm back on track.
I'm definitely goal driven, so picturing myself all slim in my dress at the work's do, helps me stay on track.
Plus, I run past all the houses I one day want to live in as a motivator (saying in my head "That's my house, that's my house" as I run past gorgeous Victorian mansions :D:rotfl:)
    It works for me!

Just got back from a 3 miler and pre-registered for the 2010 Great North Run
Danko must be off on her travels enjoying herself - BTW haven't seen Sue in a while either - hope she's ok...
    Have a good day x

I'm fancying popping into town in a bit but then I'm gonna have to be really strict with myself. I need some tops for work and some moisturiser but I know that if I'm not careful I will end up comeing home with a load of 'bargains' that I don't actually need.

Might take the bloke with me so that his standing around looking bored act will stop me from going too mad...!

    Morning Silaqui

Yes, that's my problem. If it's a "bargain" I can always find a reason to buy. So I have just given up shopping - it's the only way for me :(
Good luck - may the Force of PAD be with you x

They've got too much time on their hands!
Unlike me, have to stop procrastinating and go do the ironing (my most hated job)

    A mind boggling
    4p
    today.
More to do with keeping up the habit rather than for any practical use ;)

EDIT: Just checked my spreadsheet and even though my additional (non-compulsory) payments have been quite tiny for a few weeks, they have still added up to over £9 during the past month. So a pound here, a few pennies there and a bit of juggling around is worth it. It just doesn't always seem like it on the day.

DH does all the ironing in our house - and he's much better than me:D Takes him ages though.
