I haven't been on for a few days and I wondered where this thread had gone.

Waiting for the sun to come up before I go for a run.
I'm back on track with the diet and exercise - 10 weeks/10lbs diet (it's 10 weeks to our work's Christmas Do).
I gave up my evil nemesis biscuits last week, this week bread and wine get the boot.
I even had a wheatgrass drink after running yesterday! :A:A:A

Hi all, thanks for the advice in Christmas, I think I will put a bit away each week seperatly to the PaD, I have cut down on who I buy and how much I spend so I will get the gifts at 1 a week in with the shopping so shouldnt notice it as money coming out.

Nice and sunny here at mo - not very warm though.

Mac well done on getting back on track. It's harder when the nights close in and you're stuck in front of the telly or is that just me:o Heading for walkies soon, i love being out this time of the morning then when i get back i make brekkie for everybody (mine being SW of course:D).

All this talk of Christmas:eek:. I actually still pay into voucher scheme (High st vouchers) so this covers most of my pressies and usually leaves something for myself as i order a Debenhams gift card too so i can treat myself in the sales. Its easier for me to do this cos i just dont think i would save it myself.

I'm fancying popping into town in a bit but then I'm gonna have to be really strict with myself. I need some tops for work and some moisturiser but I know that if I'm not careful I will end up comeing home with a load of 'bargains' that I don't actually need.

Might take the bloke with me so that his standing around looking bored act will stop me from going too mad...!
