Morning all! Thank you Jo, DT, Green, Boysma and TIFTK for the congrats on hubby's job. The nicest bit has been the look on my LO's face when i told him daddy would be home for dinner every night and not staying away. He idolises his dad and is absolutely chuffed to bits.

Boysma - i hope your DS can find something. OH has signed up to countless agencies and heard nothing. He'd made endless calls to various companies and i'd emailed his CV to random places but he heard nothing. He's been lucky in that his brother has offered him a job, otherwise he'd still be sat here. He suffers with depression anyway and i was worried about the impact not working would have. Tell your DS to keep plugging away. I shall keep my fingers crossed.

Mumof4 - i'm really glad they didn't charge you. I've found loads of charges on OH's bank account which i will have to put a claim in for. Another one in the 'on hold' queue!

LO has declared himself fit for school bless him, so must run.

£30 Next please FB Jo. You've done some serious adding this month - thank you! ;)

  • I meant the £7 difference between your old minimum payment and your new one coz of your big PAD :D

Ooooh right :o Im such a dambass :rotfl:
Well, due to the big pad a few days ago I wont be able to pad the extra £7 till I pay the minimum which is about 12 days from now, man I hate being skint lol

Thanks for clearing that up FF, I should have known I was wrong when you said £7, since when did any bank ONLY charge £7 :p

  • Morning all!

Just a teeny PAD for me today of £1  as I've realised that I have very little money left until I get paid and I need to keep as much of that available as possible for my Cornwall trip next week. But 'softly softly, catchy monkey', right? While I'm away I can always hoink all my SO's loose change to keep up a daily amount :D

Looking forward to payDay (1 week!!!@8@) when I can edit my sig and start to see some progress! Next month should be better.

Keep up the good work polishing that silver lining, folks!
