It's a slow process but I'm happy with only losing 1lb here and there. I got it into my head that if it's comes off without me noticing, then it would be become 2nd nature to eat the way I do now and try to do at least 45mins of walking everyday...instead of doing heaps of exercise and losing weight quickly because I wouldn't learn from that!! :rolleyes:

Well done STSers and all the losers! I'm so naughty and haven't done *anything* on the WL thing - not been to SW for about 3 weeks now :eek: I'm starting afresh from Monday! Lot more active at Uni though than my last desk job. Deffo having to walk from one side of the campus to the other for lectures so I'm hoping that will help :rotfl:

Seems like ages since we've spoken/ typed!

She'll be after the tattoos and piercings next :rotfl: I got two tattoos the first time I went and then went for lunch to then go back and get a third! *wonders if mum's dropped to the floor...* It ain't a worry and where I get my colour from even offers cashback if you're on topcashback.co.uk! :money: Think it's about £6ish a tube and 7% cash back which is fab. Depending on hair length, the tube should do two lots (I find anyway).

It's through a shop called Gorgeous (http://www.gorgeousshop.co.uk/) and the brand I use is called 'Fudge'. If you have a gander through the colours, it's called 'Cherry Bomb'. It lasts around 6 to 8 washes and I tend to find I need to top it up every 4 weeks say to keep the vibrancy.

I used to get it all done at Tony & Guy but it got too expensive so that's when I discovered the 'Fudge' range and redecorate our white bathroom suite every time :rotfl: :rotfl:

If grey hairs are an issue (which I'm sure they're not!!) then those XXXL colour people do a similar colour called Red Passion to zap them.

P.S. Before I forget! The Redken colour shampoo range (the red collection) is totally fab if she wants to treat her hair to luxary shampoo! Really keeps the colour, expensive but I swear by it especially with all the colours I've had in my hair over the years

Hi all, pad of £20.50 to Barclaycard today as have more money than I thought. :j

Need to go shopping with OH to buy him new work shoes as he wrecked his last pair. :eek: They are Hush Puppies and they cracked up the heel and everything - really not impressed as they were quite expensive and only lasted about six months. :rolleyes:

his wife, looking at herself in the mirror. Since her birthday was not far
off he asked what she'd like to have for her Birthday.

'I'd like to be six again', she replied, still looking in the

On the morning of her Birthday, he arose early, made her a nice big bowl of
Lucky Charms, and then took her to Six Flags theme park. What a day!

He put her on every ride in the park; the Death Slide, the Wall of Fear, the Screaming Monster Roller Coaster, everything there was.

Five hours later they staggered out of the theme park.
Her head was reeling and her stomach felt upside down.

He then took her to a Mc Don ald's where he ordered her a Happy Meal with
extra fries and a chocolate shake.

Then it was off to a movie, popcorn, a soda pop, and
her favorite candy, M&M's. What a fabulous adventure!

Finally she wobbled home with her husband and collapsed into bed exhausted.
He leaned over his wife with a big smile and lovingly asked, 'Well Dear,
what was it like being six again?'

Her eyes slowly opened and her expression suddenly
changed. 'I meant my dress size, you retard!!!!'

The moral of the story: Even when a man is listening,
he is gonna get it wrong.

Gilly was it your birthday yesterday as well?? I know you said before but I forgot! Hope you had a good day.

Had a good night last night but suffering a bit for it today! Millie woke me up at 6.30 am with a nice present blurgh!!!

Can't believe how hot it is not good with a sore head lol

DT - the pic upset me in a nice way, OH has paid for a photo of George to be blown up and put on canvas, so I had been looking at pics of him to pick one for the canvas.


pad today is £5 to cap1 cc, 82p to copper jar, £1 to sealed tin and 95p to ISA
