Is a bath centre waste ever a problem?

As someone who decadently likes to top up the bath with hot water I def prefer taps at the end to taps in the middle as one side gets too hot!
This is what was the deciding factor for me. I like to lie down and turn the tap on with my foot to top up, it was bothering me a bit that if I tried to top up with a double ended bath, then I might burn my side and the water wouldn't be as easy to mix in. Couple that with the plughole thoughts and I've been put off a double ended centre waste bath after all.
We're sticking to a Carronite plain old fashioned standard bath with taps and waste at the end which has now been ordered. So much for being all jazzy and modern, I'm obviously just a boring old fart at heart. :rotfl:
Thanks for all your thoughts, they did help. :beer:Herman - MP for all!

glad its not just me that does that turning taps on with my toes thing. Our double ended bath came with the house and it is lovely and big but I do prefer topping up with my toes!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
